After two weeks of whirlwind travel to book signings, I'm happy to be sleeping in my own bed. I will miss turn down service though and the amazing bathtub at the Four Seasons Toronto. The hotel has only been open since early October and couldn't have been more conveniently located to chic shopping in Yorkville and my book signing at Indigo Books. The hotel was designed by Yabu Pushelberg while the private residences were designed by Brian Gluckstein. It boasts a Cafe Boulud downstairs that was so packed we couldn't even get in for a drink. If you're planning a trip to Toronto, I highly recommend staying at the Four Seasons. The Etro bath products alone are worth the trip.

Chic in Morocco: Four Seasons Marrakech
After a brief reprieve of warmer temps on Saturday, we're back to feeling the winter chill in New York. Perfect time to revisit my trip to Morocco and luxurious stay at the Four Season Marrakech. The hotel had only been open for a few short months when we arrived and we were the very first press to experience its splendor. It really does remind me of an oasis in the dessert full of palm trees and gorgeous pools. It's about five minutes from the airport and shopping in the souk but you couldn't feel farther away from the madness of Marrakech. They were having the grand opening celebration a few days after your departure and the Prince of Saudi Arabia had flown in for the festivities. Almost wanted to become one of wives just so I could stay in this paradise forever. It was that magical. Sigh.
