The Other British Brand

When you think of a classic outdoorsy British brands, usually Burberry and Barbour come to mind. Well, be prepared to be wowed by the newly updated Belstaff. The company has been around since 1924 and like Barbour is known for its waxed cotton jackets worn by the likes of Steve McQueen and Amelia Earhart.  Now those jackets come in crocodile and other luxurious fabrics thanks to designer Martin Cooper.  The company was revived by Harry Slatkin and Labelux Group and with them at the helm, I have a feeling Belstaff is going to be around for at least another 100 years. Oh, and handsome Ewan McGregor in the fall ads doesn't hurt either.
